Michael Jackson BAD At Paying His Mortgage

February 29th, 2008 by Lianne

Jackson Five Reunion mortgagesThe troubled star really needs to sort himself out.  In the last two months, Michael Jackson’s made the news twice over failing to pay his mortgage.  The most recent news says that LA County records show he owes around $150,000 on his Los Angeles home, a house used by his family for years.

After facing possible default and repossession, the notice of default has recently been removed.  When you’ve got a $4 million mortgage, you would have thought it a good idea to keep up repayments but this isn’t the first time Jackson’s faced a possible default.  He also had default notices last August and April.

His well-renowned Neverland home is also up for auction on 19th March this year because he defaulted on his loan of $24.5 million on that one too.

Jackson joined the his brothers for a Jackson Five reunion last Friday at Madison Square Gardens for the first time in seventeen years.  Sounds to me like he really needs a Jackson Five reunion tour and that re-release of the Thriller album!
