Mortgages Uncovered is intended to be both an informative and educational website about one of my favourite subjects (sad I know) – mortgages!

I’m a qualified mortgage advisor and I’ve had personal experience of:

Open bridging finance, fixed interest rate mortgage, current account mortgage, flexible mortgage, discounted mortgage, capped rate mortgage, self cert mortgages, interest only mortgages, let-to-buy mortgages – plus the usual nightmares of income multiples, negotiating income stretches, redemption penalties (with and without an overhang), HLCs and some rather annoying mortgage advisors.
